We are especially
interested in our professional activities having useful consequences in society. That most of them can be placed in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility. Therefore, in order to invest in social action, mainly with our own resources, it is very important to generate wealth, design ethical and transparent business lines. This is how Einsmer Business Designer was born in 1995.
We create young employment, while at the same time we recover senior people who have life and professional experience, with whom we can go so far.
Nos interesa de manera especial que nuestras actividades profesionales tengan consecuencias útiles en la sociedad. Que la mayor parte de ellas puedan situarse en el campo de la Resposabilidad Social Corporativa. Por tanto, para poder invertir en acción social, principalmente con nuestros propios recursos, es muy importante la generación de riqueza, el diseño de líneas éticas y transparentes de negocio. De esta forma nace en 1995 Einsmer Business Designer.

This is the origin
of the most important of our strategic lines. Both in our organization and in society create models that allow recovering the experience of the elderly. Knowledge is transferred in infinite ways, however, experience as such, is not. There is only one effective mechanism, at this time, to do it: count on the people who have it. And this little act -see Generational Pact program-, in appearance, is really a great act with important social and economic consequences in our current model of society. An action that can change everything.
Broad challenges: Manage knowledge in organizations, but also experience; consider it one of our most important business assets - above intangibles, people. And it will be easier when it can be quantified.
Éste es el origen de la más importante de nuestras líneas estratégicas. Tanto en nuestra organización, como en la sociedad, crear modelos que permitan recuperar la experiencia de las personas mayores. El conocimiento se transfiere de infinitas maneras, sin embargo, la experiencia como tal, no. Solo hay un mecanismo eficaz, en este momento, para hacerlo. Contar con las personas que la tienen. Y este pequeño acto –ver programa Pacto Generacional-, en apariencia, es realmente un gran acto con importantes consecuencias sociales y económicas en nuestro actual modelo de sociedad. Una acción que lo puede cambiar todo.
Amplios retos: Gestionar el conocimiento en las organizaciones, pero también la experiencia; considerarla uno de nuestros activos empresariales más importantes -por encima de los intangibles, las personas-. Y será más fácil, cuando se pueda cuantificar.

In 1997...
Einsmer acquires Can Camprubí thanks to the will of its owner Ciprià Camprubí Domingo, and initiates an important consolidation reform. Technical studies will confirm that this providential intervention prevented its imminent collapse due to structural damage, accumulated since the date of its construction, in 1927.
Josep Maria Jujol Jr., Director of the Jujol Arxiu and first-born of the Architect Josep Maria Jujol, becomes our main inspiration during the reform, up to the present. An admirable, tireless guardian and pedagogue of the Jujol Work.
En 1997 Einsmer adquiere Can Camprubí gracias a la voluntad de su propietario Ciprià Camprubí Domingo. E inicia una importante reforma de consolidación. Los estudios técnicos confirmarán, que esta intervención providencial, evitó su derrumbe inminente por daños estructurales acumulados desde la fecha de su construcción en 1927.
Josep Maria Jujol Jr., Director del Arxiu Jujol y primogénito del Arquitecto Josep Maria Jujol, se convierte en nuestro principal inspirador durante la reforma, hasta la actualidad. Un admirable, incansable guardián y pedagogo de la Obra Jujol.
The Camprubí House
...then becomes a Center for Research and Innovation in social technologies, studies and projects of local development and as a center for Occupational Training and Higher Education in cooperation with the Institute of Education Sciences or the Chair of Business Organization of the School of Industrial Engineering of Barcelona (Escola Tècnica Superior d'Enginyeria Industrial de Barcelona of the Polytechnic University of Barcelona) among other institutions.
La Torre Camprubí, se convierte entonces en Centro de Investigación e Innovación en tecnologías sociales, estudios y proyectos de desarrollo local y como centro de Formación Ocupacional y Formación Superior en cooperación con el Institut de CIències de l’Educació o la Cátedra de Organización de Empresa de la Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Industrial de Barcelona (Escola Tecnica Superior d’Enginyeria Industrial de Barcelona de la Universitat Politécnica de Barcelona) entre otras instituciones.

...years of the 20th century and the period between the Wars, the Camprubí family was mainly dedicated to obtaining roses, designing and managing gardens, such as the current AGBAR museum. Standing out, with a recognized international prestige, together with the Dot Family.
Durante los primeros años del siglo XX y el periodo entre Guerras, la familia Camprubí se dedicó principalmente a la Obtención de Rosas, diseño y gestión de Jardines –como el del actual museo AGBAR -. Destacando, con un reconocido prestigio internacional, junto a la Familia Dot.
